Palestine as a Lever for the Civilizational Revival of the Ummah is a collective volume featuring the three award-winning studies of the fifth edition of the Dr. Mahathir Mohamad Award for Thought and Civilization. This edition was held under exceptional historical circumstances and devoted to the theme of Palestine as a central question in the civilizational revival of the Ummah.

The book approaches Palestine not merely as a political issue or a regional conflict, but as a civilizational and ethical question that exposes the imbalance of the international system and the failure of global justice. Through its three studies, the volume guides the reader from geo-economic analysis, to civilizational reflection, and finally to a strategic critique of Zionist hegemony within the Islamic world.

The studies examine boycott campaigns as a form of resistance to Zionist occupation, situate Gaza and Palestinian resistance within the broader framework of the Ummah’s civilizational resistance, and analyze Zionism as an obstacle to liberation and civilizational emancipation. In doing so, the book invites reflection, restores reason to the understanding of conflict, and calls for the construction of a civilizational project grounded in awareness, knowledge, and organized action.
