About You … Life is Not!!

“About You – Life is Not!!” is a deeply emotional literary work that falls within the genre of personal reflections and humanistic prose. In this book, Ouidad Sekhri offers a series of intimate texts that explore the human experience in its most vulnerable moments—between pain and healing, loss and hope, weakness and inner strength.
Written in a confessional, diary-like style, the book captures the author’s inner dialogue with life, love, disappointment, faith, and resilience. Each piece reflects a sincere emotional struggle, revealing how the human soul endures, rebuilds, and learns to rise again despite repeated wounds.
This is not a conventional autobiography, but rather a poetic and introspective journey into the essence of being human—an invitation for readers to recognize themselves within the words, and to find comfort in shared fragility and perseverance.
