The Abstract Book of the First National Seminar on Health and Food Safety brings together a wide range of peer-reviewed scientific contributions addressing critical issues at the intersection of human health, microbiology, biotechnology, and food safety. Organized by the Department of Microbiology and Biochemistry at Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila, the seminar aims to strengthen scientific dialogue, promote applied research, and support evidence-based public health and food safety policies.
The proceedings highlight contemporary challenges such as antimicrobial resistance, foodborne pathogens, nosocomial infections, bioactive natural compounds, and risk assessment in food systems.
